张正，男，汉族，1989年8月生，陕西榆林人，中共党员，博士，毕业于西北农林科技大学水土保持与荒漠化防治专业，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为多源固废协同生态修复关键技术，先后主持完成国家自然科学基金2项，省部级、厅局级以及校地校企合作项目8项，发表学术论文30余篇，出版学术专著1部，授权国家专利2项，制定地方标准2项。
