于卫洁,山东滨州人,中共党员,副教授。2008-2018年,本硕博阶段均就读于西北农林科技大学水土保持与荒漠化防治专业。曾获“虞宏正教授奖励基金会奖学金”、“博士研究生国家奖学金”、““北美枫情杯”2018届全国林科优秀毕业生”等奖励或称号。2018年7月参加工作以来,承担《专业英语(水保)》、《水土保持工程学》、《测量学》、《园林树木学》等课程的教学任务。以《水土保持工程学》为载体积极探索教学新方法,目前,主持并完成该课程的校级微课建设项目、真实案例库项目、课程思政建设项目各1项,获批特色课程建设项目1项,该课程教案被评为校级优秀教案。
主要从事退化生态系统植被与土壤恢复力评价方面研究。近年来,以第一/通讯作者,在Forest Ecology and Management、Land Degradation & Development、Ecological Engineering、应用生态学报等国内外权威期刊发表论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目、陕西省教育厅项目、榆林市科技局项目、榆林市人才托举项目等7项。
